For nearly a decade, I had the joy of teaching baking and pastry arts as a college professor in New York City. In my lab, students were encouraged to enjoy the experience. With the same joy, I created the GastronoMIX Baking Kit exposing kids to the joys of baking and helping them to create “sweet” memories along the way!
